Brayden is a highly valued member of the Hawtin Landscapes team and plays a key role in delivering the high standard our clients expect.
Working across lawn care, garden maintenance and general site works, he brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride in every job he completes.
Whether it’s a routine service or a full clean-up, Brayden consistently ensures each property is left neat, tidy and professionally presented.
Reliable, hands-on and always willing to go the extra mile, Brayden is someone you can trust to get the job done properly.
Outside of work, he’s a passionate Fremantle Dockers supporter and enjoys jet skiing and spending time with his beautiful wife Lillian.
Mike is the heart, soul and driving force behind Hawtin Landscapes.
With decades of hands-on experience, he oversees all on-site operations — from landscaping & site preparation to ongoing maintenance.
Known for his practical approach and attention to detail, Mike takes pride in ensuring every job is completed to a high standard and done properly the first time, ensuring every job meets the standard our clients expect.
If Mike’s on site, you know it’s in good hands.
Outside of work, Mike loves spending quality time with Tam & their families, and you’ll often find him watching the footy — especially when his beloved Hawks are playing.
Tam is the heart of the day-to-day operations in the office at Hawtin Landscapes.
From handling enquiries and scheduling to client liaison, accounts and customer relations, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
She also manages marketing and PR, ensuring the business presents professionally across all platforms.
Known for being efficient, responsive and genuinely easy to deal with, Tam takes pride in making the entire process seamless and stress-free for every client from first contact through to completion.
While being (almost!) married to the boss certainly keeps her on her toes, outside of work Tam loves spending time with Mike, their families and beautiful grandbabies and watching the footy every chance she gets.
