🌿Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, scheduled maintenance services, landscaping works, site preparation works, invoices, and contracts provided by Hawtin Landscapes.

By accepting a quotation, engaging our services, approving works, or making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

🌿Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotations are based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection.

  • Additional works or unforeseen conditions discovered after commencement may incur additional charges.

  • Variations requested by the client after acceptance of the quotation may result in revised pricing.

🌿Payment Terms

  • Payment is due strictly within 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Hawtin Landscapes reserves the right to suspend scheduled services or future works where accounts remain unpaid.

🌿Access to Property

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Where Hawtin Landscapes attends a scheduled visit and access is unavailable, unsafe, restricted, or prevented for any reason outside our control, the scheduled visit may still be invoiced to cover allocated labour, travel, administration, and scheduling commitments.

Return visits may incur additional charges.

🌿Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of booked services.

Where insufficient notice is provided, Hawtin Landscapes reserves the right to charge an attendance or cancellation fee.
